“ I came here late night on a Sunday and there were a few tables of large parties and a few solo diners like myself. I came here primarily because it was open late and I was craving ramen. There was no wait of course and this is a traditional Japanese place in that you take your shoes off and the seating is below ground, (not laying down). As I said, I came for ramen, but was quickly swayed to the meat skewers they had on the menu. I went straight for the wagyu, which were pricey, but oh so good! I got 4 skewers, and definitely could have had a few more. I got the Wagyu Salt & Pepper, Spicy, and Sweet. My favorite was the Spicy and you get two medium sized chunks of meat on each skewer. My 4th skewer I got was the spicy pork belly. That was good as well, but not as good as the wagyu. I was in and out in no time and the service was good. ”

“ 4.5 stars! We've been here a few times and we like this place. Ambience: better ambience than most Japanese places. Really cool place with dimmed lights. They have individual booths where you take your shoes off and sit on the floor. But your legs are still hanging not crossed. Service: It's pretty good, staff are neutral. Food comes out as expected. I like that you can keep ordering by checking boxes. Food: Overall the food is tasty. We ordered a lot of items from the menu and loved them all like: chicken heart, tights, wings, beef, hamachi carpaccio, yellowtail kama, mushrooms, okra, etc. all good, ”

“ The set up of this place is really great and feels authentic as you take off your shoes and eat while sitting on the floor. You can come here for a nice occasion for a celebration or a casual dinner. Items ordered: - Wagyu beef (sweet): I personally liked the sweet skewers over the salt and pepper. However, it was a little chewier compared to salt and pepper. - Wagyu beef (salt and pepper): A bit too much salt on one of the pieces but it was ok. Overall great flavor from the salt and pepper. - King oyster mushroom: I like how the pieces were fairly big and thick. Great flavor overall. - Spicy black garlic miso ramen: You can smell the garlic once the dish is put down in front of you. I liked the flavor of the soup which did get a little spicier as you continue eating it. I was not a fan of the chashu meat as it was tougher and chewier to eat than other places. Would probably only come back for a nice occasion as the prices are a little steep ($8 for one skewer is a little crazy). Great to experience sitting on the floor while enjoying yakitori. ”

“ I wanted to try this place for the longest time and I finally got to try this place out. I didn't have expectations before I went but this place really blew my mind. Even though the portions are on the smaller side for the price, the flavors and the quality of the skewers and the ramen was amazing. I really enjoyed the pork cheek skewer, the wagyu beef skewer and on Tuesday they have $1 Oyster which as so worth it! The service is also really good, the staff was attentive and nice and I love the vibe of this spot too. A really great place to eat with friends or family! ”
